HG Series

The HG series adopts a multi-layer absorption design (2–3 layers). The rotor is shaft driven. Through proprietary internal geometry and internal impeller blade design, generates self-induced suction during operation. Leveraging high rotational speeds, incoming liquid droplets are stretched and finely fragmented, thereby increasing the gas–liquid interfacial area and enhancing mass-transfer and reaction efficiency.

Low energy consumption

The blower package can be configured according to inlet flue gas pressure. If choose no blower type, the power consumption can be lower than 1 kW / hr, depending on site and machine conditions.

MG Series

The MG series adopts a multi-layer absorption design (2–3 layers). Depending on process requirements, different blower types can be selected to deliver the required pressure differential, making the machine suitable for higher exhaust-flow operations. The high-speed rotor induces high-g centrifugal force to break up droplets within the reactor, increasing interfacial area and enhancing gas & liquid mass-transfer efficiency.

Compared with conventional packed/tray absorbers, the power demand of our machine is low, as low as ~1.4 kW /hr.

High-efficiency primary absorber vessel

A patented atomization system effectively prevents moisture carryover into the exhaust stream.

Baffle/grating architecture

The baffle (or grid) design improves gas–liquid mass-transfer efficiency.
